The 10 Best Dressed Celebrities at the 2017 Golden Globes

The 2017 Golden Globes was one for the books. Meryl Streep won the AFI Lifetime Achievement Award (and didn’t talk about her career in her speech), the new musical movie “La La Land” won all seven of its nominations, celebrities remembered Carrie Fischer and Debbie Reynolds and Hidden Fences made its debut. One thing did remain consistent this year: Amazing celebrity style.

Emma Stone

Not only did she look fabulous, Stone won Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy Motion Picture for her performance in “La La Land.” Her sparkling, Valentino gown also won big.

Viola Davis

Davis floored the audience with her tearful tribute to Meryl Streep and her acceptance speech after winning Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for her role in “Fences.” Her yellow Michael Kors gown was the cherry on top of her win.

Priyanka Chopra

All that glitters is gold. That includes a Golden Globe award and Priyanka Chopra’s Ralph Lauren gown. The star set the bar high as one of the first presenters of the night.

Evan Rachel Wood

Wood had everyone talking when she strutted down the red carpet in an Altuzarra suit. The nominee for Best Actress in a TV Drama Series, said that “dresses aren’t a requirement.” You go Evan Rachel.

Millie Bobby Brown

The “Stranger Things” star looked far from strange in her Jenny Packham midi-dress. The 12-year-old star was one of the youngest attendees of the awards show.

Gina Rodriguez

A third consecutive red carpet hit, Rodriguez’s silver, fringed Naeem Khan gown didn’t disappoint. The “Jane the Virgin” star was nominated for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy TV Series.

Janelle Monae

Monae had a big night with her work in the highly nominated films “Hidden Figures” and “Moonlight.” Her Armani gown definitely turned heads, but the real winner here is her pearl studded hair.

Sofia Vergara

Twinning with Priyanka Chopra, Vergara pulled out the gold in her Zuhair Murad dress. She looked fabulous, even through her cheeky joke while presenting.

Winona Ryder

She’s been slaying the Golden Globes since ’88. The “Stranger Things” star, nominated for Best Actress in a TV Drama, rocked the awards show this year in a simple, black Viktor & Rolf gown.

Hailee Steinfeld

Steinfeld was a Golden Globes dream in her Vera Wang gown. The young actress was nominated for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy Motion Picture for her work in “The Edge of Seventeen.”
