Best Entrances of Season 21’s The Bachelor

Third time’s the charm, right? Well, maybe the fourth for Nick Viall. Season 21 of The Bachelor premiered last Monday night and Nick Viall is back on the small screen trying to find his chance at love for the 4th time. With 30 women coming to meet Nick, we all witnessed some very interesting entrances throughout the show. The first night is all about making a lasting first impression, and while some of the entrances worked for a few women, other’s were sent home later that night. Here are a few of our favorite entrances from night one.

Dolphin or Shark?

Probably everyone’s favorite entrance from the night was the girl dressed up in a shark costume, Alexis. However, she kept insisting that it was a dolphin costume. Alexis came out of the limo dressed in nude pumps and the shark (dolphin) costume. Alexis is obsessed with dolphins and is actually an aspiring dolphin trainer. After she greets and meets Nick, she leaves him on a note saying “I dolphinately can’t wait to talk to you more inside.” And if you were wondering if she took off her costume later, she didn’t. She had it on all night and even made dolphin noises to get Nick’s attention.

Lady and the Tramp – Hot Dog Style

This entrance is definitely not something you see everyday. Josephine, 24, is a registered nurse that walks up to Nick with a book in her hands. What was inside the book? A raw hot dog. Josephine says to Nick: “I just wanted to let you know that you’re a wiener in my book.” After the two laugh it off, she asks Nick if he wants to eat it with her “Lady and the Tramp style”. As America awkwardly watched this, Nick goes “Super not delicious.” Well, at least she got a rose from it at the end of the night.

Camel Style

A camel arrives at the Bachelor Mansion with another contestant riding it, Lacey. As Lacey rides up to meet Nick she shouts “I hear you like a good hump and so do I”. As Nick helps her struggle to get down from the camel, we see other girls jealous but also laughing at her entrance. Nick said he was very impressed with her entrance, and also gives her a rose later that night.

Neil Lane Shows Up

With 21 seasons of The Bachelor we have never seen Neil Lane on night one come out of a limo. Well, this entrance can now go down in history. Jasmine made quite the entrance walking up to meet Nick while showing him some of her ideal rings with Neil Lane. Nick looked not so thrilled and it was definitely awkward, but somehow she made it through night one with a rose.

Another Runner Up

Despite Nick being a runner up on both Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season of the The Bachelorette another contestant, Sarah, runs up the driveway in sneakers and says to Nick “I thought you would appreciate another runner-up, so I had to run up to you.” Nick thought it was clever and then Sarah proceeded with, “You are by no means a runner-up to me.” Well, that cute pun must have worked because Nick also gave her a rose later that night.
